Insulated Box Return

Help us reduce waste by returning your eligible insulated box! 

This is a FREE system that allows you to send back your insulated box to us to be re-used for another shipment! 

For your box to be eligible to return please confirm it meets these requirements below:

• Is a molded styrofoam box (not styrofoam panels)
• Was shipped in either a 11 ¼ x 8 ¾ x10 box or an 11 ¼ x 8 ¾  x 12 box
• Has no cracks or damage to the styrofoam itself (the outer box may have some damage, as it will be replaced before use with another order)

 

Once the form is submitted you will receive shipping directions and a pre-paid return label via email as well as a discount code to thank you for your contribution in reducing styrofoam waste. This will be sent within 48hr of the forms submission.
