Current Stocking: In store we currently stock live aquarium plants, live aquarium shrimp, a small selection of nano fish, aquarium hardscape (rock and wood), and select aquarium supplies.

Coming Soon: We will be adding our large selection of tropical nano fish, many more aquarium supplies, and frozen fish food soon!

Mission Statement: At PNW Bettas we strive to provide the highest quality live goods, aquariums, supplies, and merchandise available in the area. We work to help educate and inspire others in the aquarium hobby, and those who are interested in becoming a part of the hobby. Our dedication towards progressing animal husbandry standards in the aquarium trade is important and vital when working with living creatures, and we aim to contribute positive change in the keeping of aquatic animals. Our goal is to work with people of all backgrounds and inclusive towards those who are not always represented in this community, continuing to be open and welcoming to the diversity of humankind. 

Parking: We are located in downtown Corvallis which has lots of free 3 hr parking spots avaible. There are 30 min and 3hr spots on Jefferson St right in front of the shop, and on 2nd St. There is also two free parking lots nearby with 3hr spots. They are located off 3rd and 2nd. Storefront Policies: 

Returns:

  • Live Animals- All sales final on livestock (see deaths/replacement for more info) 
  • Live Plants- All sales final 
  • Food/Perishables- All sales final
  • Aquariums- returns accepted for unused undamaged aquariums with receipt or card used for the transaction within 15 days of purchase
  • Electronic Equipment- returns accepted for unused undamaged items with all parts and original packaging with receipt or card used for the transaction within 15 days of purchase
  • Dry Goods- returns accepted for unused undamaged items with all parts and original packaging with receipt or card used for the transaction within 15 days of purchase
  • Art/Merch- returns accepted for unused undamaged items with all parts and original packaging with receipt or card used for the transaction within 15 days of purchase

 

Deaths/Replacement:

  • Live Animals- 48hr replacement with adequate water sample and body of animal (At least 50ml water sample in container with animal body in separate container), No replacement if animal victim of aggression, tank/equipment malfunction, poor water quality, failure to properly acclimate, and/or directions not followed/warning issued during sale. If closed within 48hr, come in on the next business day.
  • Live Plants- No replacement
  • Live Food- No replacement
  • Equipment/Aquarium Failure- if faulty and brand new, please return to store for refund/replacement. If already in use, replacement only avaible on products with a  warranty.

Refusal of Service and/or Sale:

  • Live Animals- We reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason at any time. Exceptions include warning customers of possible death, disease, or damage due to home aquarium situations where a sale proceeds but no replacement is offered. 
  • All Other- We reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason at any time.
